King Benson is the principle member of Benson Law Firm. King graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1996. King has successfully provided legal representation to those in Northeast Arkansas and the surrounding area since 1996. It is King’s mission to see that each client and each case of Benson Law Firm receives the professional service and individual attention that is needed to achieve success. King has a general practice with a focus on personal injury, criminal defense and family law.

Gina Marano Knight joined the firm as an associate in 2009. Gina is a Paragould native and is an attorney that is passionate and committed to the needs of her clients. Gina received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University in May, 2005 and received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in January 2009. Gina’s high energy, determination, and fortitude allow her clients to receive leading representation. Her ethics of hard work and excellence is displayed in dedication and reflected in the results. Gina has a general practice with a focus on personal injury, criminal defense and family law.

With almost two decades of paralegal experience, our office manager, Joey, is an integral part of the Benson Law Firm team. A Paragould native, Joey is the primary support staff contact for domestic relations matters. In her free time, Joey enjoys playing with her dogs and reading.

If you have visited our office, Holly has likely greeted you at the front desk. A native of Holcomb, Missouri, Holly has been with Benson Law Firm since 2023. She is the primary support staff contact for probate and personal injury matters. In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and thrifting.

Sydney Simmons Watts, a native of Rector, Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Food, and Life Sciences. She also obtained minors in Agricultural Business and Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2020, and she was licensed to practice law in Arkansas the same year. She has been with Benson Law Firm, P.A., since 2021.Sydney’s practice is made up of primarily family law matters, specifically matters including child custody and divorce. She also practices in the realms of probate and estate administration, personal injury, and agricultural law. In 2024, Sydney became a certified Attorney Ad Litem. In this role, she represents the best interests of children in contested divorce, custody, and guardianship matters in domestic relations/ probate court.
